I have this white thing on my chin it's small like a zit, is it a cold soar? ?

cold soars are usually on your lips so i think it maybe a white-head or and under-the-skin pimple. if you try squeezing it,(please don't unless you really want pain) and it hurts really bad,its probably and under-the-skin pimple. but i you squeeze it and it just kinda comes out,its probably a white-head.they all hurt.just clean your face with a wash cloth and (if you have some) put some acne cream on.
