Does Nuetrogena SkinID actually work?

My skinID is 07.40.32 and I am thinking of asking my mom to order it up, but idk if it works. ive heard that proactiv doesnt work and stuff so im afraid for skinID. i used clearisil for a while but then i changed to cetaphil like my sisters use and it kinda helps but my skin broke out over the weekend since i forgot to bring the cetaphil to my dads house and i find that to be disgustingly unacceptable, uk. i used get like one or two pimples every so often but over the past year its gotten worse and now i consider it acne because of the amount i have. only a few are terrible but the rest are just small bumps but theyre still pimples, uk. i feel gross in my own skin so i wanna know some of the things you guys use and if theyve worked and what you suggest. im 14 so its probably all the hormone stuff AHAHAA but seriously i need some HELLPPPP :(
