I am a 16 year old girl, obsessed with running. I feel like nothing else gives me the same effects. So, after injuring my ankle about 2 weeks ago, i was devastated that i couldn't run. I feel like i've gained 782347 pounds, even though i've cut back the calories during recovery. What exercises can i do in the mean time that will give me some sort of effect and toning so i don't feel disgustingly fat?
