What to use & how to bleach arm hair?

Okay so I have disgustingly hairy arms.But I know I would feel weird if I shaved it.My Mom would definetly say no to lazor removel.I really need help!I'm only 12,and these arms have haunted me for ever :/.Pleaaase help. <3
